Tools for the manufacture of various parts in EPS (expanded polystyrene), which has been one of NEK Værktøjsfabrik's main specialities since we started in 1986.

Our EPS department has grown in line with the considerable success of this material. The industry has recognised the many advantages of EPS: lightweight, shock absorbing, hygienic, chemically inert, insulating and economical.

EPS is used in a temperature range from -180 to 80°C and can be manufactured in virtually any shape. Tool types

We manufacture all kinds of tools for EPS and EPP. From multi-cavity tools to large single-cavity tools, including with branches or moulded-in components. Surfaces can be etched or coated with Teflon.

NEK is one of the market leaders, supplying tools to the whole of Europe.
